Follow-up on corrections·May 6, 2025

On 5/6/25 at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Shane Loftus and Cynthia Alvarez conducted an unannounced Case Management - Deficiencies Inspection of the above-mentioned Family Child Care Home (FCCH) to follow up on a Type B deficiency cited during an Annual/Random inspection conducted on 4/9/25. Specifically, the licensee was cited for the backyard fence being broken and missing wooden slats. LPAs met with Licensee, Meghan Smith and explained the purpose of the inspection. LPAs toured the interior and exterior of the FCCH. LPAs note there is 1 child in care during the inspection. LPAs inspected the backyard fence and found it to be properly constructed to ensure the health and safety of children in care. The back yards entry and exit points are secured. Report was written off site as licensee needed to pick up her children from school. No deficiencies were cited and exit interview was conducted and reviewed with Licensee, Meghan Smith.
