What the inspector wrote

On December 28, 2022 at 8:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisca Velazquez conducted an unannounced Case Management- Other inspection for the purpose of discussing proof of residence for adult #1. LPA met with Licensee, Erika Aispuro and advised the reason for the inspection. At the time of the inspection there were no day-care children present. Licensee informed LPA that the facility has been on vacation from December 22, 2022 and is projected to resume services on January 9, 2023. During today's inspection, Licensee confirmed A #1 does not live in the home. LPA did not observe A1 in the home during this inspection. LPA collected control of property and Licensee's written declaration regarding the residence of A1. During this inspection, no deficiency was cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report was reviewed with Licensee in Spanish due to Licensee being Spanish speaking.
