101216.3(a) Teacher-Child Ratio...There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance, except as specified in (b) and (c) below.This requirement is not met as evidenced by... Based on interview, observation, and record review, LPA's observed 34 children in care along with the Co-Director, 1 Teacher, and 1 Teacher's Aide. The proper staffing ratio is not being met which poses an immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.
