On November 21, 2025, at 1:31 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) and Gigi Reyes and Matthew Sapien conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC). LPAs met with Co-Director Angelina Marziello, explained the nature and purpose of the inspection. During the inspection on November 19, 2025, two (2) Type A deficiencies, were cited. LPAs noted that one teacher was supervising 5 infants which exceeds the 1:4 ratio requirement. LPAs determined that Staff 2, who lacks the required infant care units, was left alone supervising infants during the lunch period while relieving the qualified infant teacher. During today's inspection, LPAs observed two (2) napping infants under the care of a full qualified staff, Staff # 1. The CCC corrected the deficiencies cited on 11/19/2025. Furthermore, during today\342\200\231s inspection, a type B deficiency was cited. Based on children's file review and Co-Director's statement , she was unable to distribute the November 19, 2025 licensing report, which constitute 2 Type A deficiencies to parents as required. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were given explained, Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Co- Director, Angline Marziello.
