Interviews, inspections and documents reviewed did not corroborate the allegation noted above. LPAs found that facility staff members provide adequate supervision for the children in care so that inappropriate behavior does not occur. Although the allegation may have been made with merit, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation listed above is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted with Facility Representative, Catherine Hanley. Facility Representative was provided with Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) and a Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213). Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days or a civil penalty of $100 may apply.
