On 11/19/ 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Badger conducted an unannounced complaint investigation visit at the above-named facility. LPA met with facility director, Jennifer Khoury, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today’s visit were 118 preschool aged children in care with 27 teachers. Related documents were reviewed, and interviews were conducted. Based on the interviews and relevant documents, there is no sufficient evidence to prove that "Child received head injury due to lack of supervision”. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and the report was reviewed with the director, Jennifer Khooury. Appeal Rights were given to Jennifer Khoury. Notice of Site Visit was given and shall remain posted for 30 days. A copy of today’s report was provided to the director Jennifer Khoury.
