Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marie Rodriguez conducted an unannounced inspection to close complaint and deliver finding. LPA met with Director Ravneet “Reenu” Lally and explained purpose of inspection. Present at the center were the Director, one teacher, and 13 children. During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted and children's records and other relevant documents were reviewed. Based on information gathered, there is not enough evidence to prove that staff engaged in an argument with a parent in the presence of daycare children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is closed as UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed and discussed with Director Ravneet Lally. A copy of report was provided.
