What the inspector wrote

On April 8th, 2022 at 1:20pm, Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano met with Site Supervisor, Michelle Turchetti. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. Present in the facility are 7 staff caring for 63 of preschool age children. All staff are fingerprint cleared and associated. The incident that had occurred on March 23rd, 2022. Incident was self- reported to the department by the facility management, and involved a preschool child who got hurt outside of the licensed facility by a boulder that was not safely secured. Per Site Supervisor, the child and the parent were playing outside after being signed out from the licensed facility within the Sacred Heart campus. The boulder was observed and it is now safely secured by a lock. Child is back at facility and is doing well. LPA reminded Site Supervisor the reporting requirements. A Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days. ***No deficiencies cited against the facility under CCR,Title 22, Div. 12, Chapt. 1.*** A copy of this report will be emailed to the Site Supervisor, Michelle Turchetti. This report must be available in the facility for public review. The facility was informed to contact the San Bruno Regional for any additional question at 650-266-8800 M-F, 8 AM-5 PM.
