Per director, each child brings their own reusable water bottle daily to the center and takes home at end of the day; it will be washed at home. However, if the water bottle is accidentally left at facility, director states it will be washed in dishwasher. It was also alleged that floors of the facility are dirty; on previous visit, LPA toured all the classrooms observed the floors and areas to be clean, safe, and sanitary. It is unknown specifically what the allegation is in reference to such as a specific area or classroom. Children's meals/snacks are served at the table and if food falls to the ground, it is not eaten and thrown away. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. This report is reviewed with facility representative and a copy of this report must be made available for public review upon request. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
