Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On October 17th, 2025, at approximately 1pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano conducted an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Lucia Alvarez and explained the purpose of the visit. Present in the facility were Site Supervisor and 15 staff supervising 55 preschool age children. All adults working in the facility are fingerprint cleared and are associated through the administrative facility. Facility is currently operating within teacher to child ratio on this date. Facility is licensed in Rooms A, B, C1, and C2 with three outdoor play areas. During annual inspection of September 10 th , 2025, LPA explained that we will have to remeasure the approved outdoor areas to ensure if an outdoor rotational waiver was still required. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA inspected and measured all three outdoor areas; Playground #1 \342\200\234Falling Area\342\200\235, Playground #2 \342\200\234Bike Area\342\200\235, and Playground #3 \342\200\234Toddler Area\342\200\235. Playground #1 measured for 1,939.67sqft, Playground #2 measured for 2,225.85sqft, and Playground #3 measured for 1,014.34sqft. Within the three outdoor play areas there is a total of 5,179.86sqft allowing enough outdoor space for the capacity of 64 preschool age children. Facility no longer needs an outdoor rotational waiver. Facility acknowledges the maximum number of children in each outdoor area and agrees to not exceed that number. LPA will send an updated license certificate and shall replace the current license certificate that is posted. No deficiencies were cited today under CCR, Title 22, Div. 12, Chapt. 1. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor, Lucia Alvarez.
