What the inspector wrote

On 12/16/2025 at 1:45 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Wadhwa and Ly conducted unannounced complaint inspection. LPAs met with Area Manager, Gesmyne Bell explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today's inspection were 7 staff, and 69 school-age children. Facility was inspected for health and safety hazards. LPAs have previously duly investigated similar allegations and concerns during previous complaint investigation visits conducted on 5/21/2025, 5/23/2025, 6/09/2025, 6/19/2025, 7/07/2025 and 8/04/2025, 10/03/2025, 10/27/2025 and found them to be unsubstantiated. Based on interviews, record review and observations conducted today and in previous instances mentioned above the allegation "Staff handles minors in a rough manner." is unsubstantiated, meaning it may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the violations did or did not occur. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Area Manager, Gesmyne Bell. A copy of the report was given to the Area Manager along with a Notice of Site Visit, that must remain posted for 30 days.
