101216.2:Teacher Aide Qualifications and Duties:"(e)An aide shall work only under the direct supervision of a teacher."This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as upon arrival, LPA observed that there were two aides supervising 23 school age children without the direct supervision of a fully qualified teacher. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
