********This is an amended report from 9/1/22. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sheran Lo met with Director Jenny Lam for this conclusionary complaint visit and explained purpose. The above allegation was discussed. Allegation was investigated by the Department’s Investigations Branch (IB). During the course of investigation, IB, Investigator conducted interviews with Staff, Children, and Guardians. Based on the Investigations Branch (IB) findings, there was insufficient evidence to prove an individual had inappropriate interactions with child while in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. LPA conducted exit interview with Director. Report and Notice of Site Visit was provided. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 consecutive days.
