What the inspector wrote

On September 30, 2025 at approximately 2:30PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Katie Krenn arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced case management visit, which was initiated by the licensee. LPA met with facility representative, Mayra Monje for the purpose of conducting an inspection for a capacity increase. On 9/30/2025 LPA inspected the indoor space. During today's visit LPA observed nine staff supervising 29 school age children (kindergarten - fifth grade). All staff present have been finger print cleared through Guardian. This school-age child care program may meet the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 1596.806. To improve the quality and value of the inspection process, a survey will be sent to the email address provided. Please complete the survey and share your inspection experience. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated. LPA advised that approval for 74 school age children will be granted pending the receipt of Approved Fire Safety Inspection Clearance. No citations were issued during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Mayra Monje.
