Page 2 Continued... No deficiencies are being cited today under California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Appeal rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided to Licensee, Eva Cruz De Jaurigui. Licensee was reminded that a Notice of Site visit (LIC 9213) must be posted for 30 consecutive days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the Licensee, Eva Cruz De Jaurigui.
