What the inspector wrote

(Continued, Page 2...) California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, are being cited. Please refer to 9099D for more information. LPA observed A1 to have fingerprint clearance as of 04/22/2023. Deficiency cited on this date has been cleared as of this date. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Licensee was also provided copy of Appeal Rights and POC letter. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensee, Pam Cohn.

This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to persons in care.
