What the inspector wrote

On 12/10/2025 at 9:05AM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez met with Teacher, Maria Aranda. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 10/27/2025. The director and licensee arrived during inspection. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. During inspection, LPA performed observation, interview, and review facility records. LPA confirmed broken/ missing doorknob in preschool classroom has been replaced. The doorknob was observed to be in working order. Deficiencies cited during inspection has been cleared, and letter was given to the licensee. An exit interview and facility evaluation report was discussed with Licensee, Sheila Bramhe. The signature of this form acknowledges receipt of these documents. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice shall remain posted for 30 days.
