What the inspector wrote

On June 4, 2026, at approximately 10:50AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility. LPA met with Licensee, Ana Navarro, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during the visit was the Licensee, 2 helpers, 2 infants, and 10 preschool-age children. Licensee had requested the addition of Sunroom #3 to the daycare areas. Sunroom #3 will be used for napping infants. Fire clearance was granted on May 22, 2026. LPA and Licensee inspected Sunroom #3. Sunroom #3 contains play yards for napping infants, has heat and ventilation controls for the comfort and safety of children in care. Outlets are covered or blocked with furniture when not in use. Poisons, cleaning detergents, and other chemicals are stored inaccessible to children in care. Play yards are equipped with mattresses that fit. Sunroom #3 has been added to the daycare areas effective June 4, 2026. Daycare Areas: Sunroom #1, Sunroom #2, Sunroom #3, Bathroom #3, and Backyard. Off-limits Areas: Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3, Bathroom #1, Bathroom #2, Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, and Deck. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit on June 4, 2026. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Ana Navarro.
