On July 22 nd , 2025 at 2pm, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Marie Rodriguez, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leslit Tapia-Mandujano met with Program Directors, Susan Dawley and Leah Scholer, Assistant Director, Jeannine Solis, and Site Supervisor, Alicia Young for an informal office meeting. The purpose of the informal meeting was to address the facility\342\200\231s non-compliance during inspections. On 6/05/25, LPA Leslit Tapia-Mandujano conducted Case Management-Licensee initiated inspection in concurrent with a complaint investigation. During inspection, LPA cited a Type B citation. On 6/17/25, LPA Leslit Tapia-Mandujano went back to conclude complaint investigation and cited two Type A citations and one Type B citation. Citations discussed were: \302\267 Teacher-Child Ratio: 101216.3(a) cited on 6/05/25 \302\267 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision: 101229(a)(1) cited on 6/17/25 \302\267 Limitations on Capacity: 101161(a) cited on 6/17/25 \302\267 Reporting Requirements: 101212(d) cited on 6/17/25 Facility Representatives were advised and reminded of the following: \302\267 Maintain appropriate Teacher to Child Ratios at all times \302\267 Importance of ensuring there is visual and auditory supervision at all times \302\267 Reporting Unusual Incident Reports in a timely manner Page 2 Continued... Page 2 continued... \302\267 Notifying CCLD when there are structural changes indoors and outdoors prior to making changes, especially when structural changes will take away from existing square footage counted toward capacity Facility representatives stated they are all aware of the importance to be in compliance with all licensing regulations. During meeting, facility\342\200\231s representatives were provided Teacher-Child Ratio regulations and Capacity Worksheet, Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision regulations, Limitations on Capacity regulations, Reporting Requirements regulations, PIN 23-20-CCP: Required notification prior to making changes to child care facilities, and the Child Care Advocate Program Flyer. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Program Directors, Susan Dawley and Leah Scholer, Assistant Director, Jeannine Solis, and Site Supervisor, Alicia Young.
