Facility-requested visit·June 4, 2026

On June 4, 2026, at approximately 2:50PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility. LPA met with Assistant Director, Jeannine Solis, and explained the purpose of the visit. The facility submitted a request for an increase of capacity to 126 children. Fire clearance was granted on May 22, 2026. This facility is currently licensed to use Rooms 22, 23, and 24. The facility requested the addition of Rooms 25, 26, and 27, in addition to a new outdoor play area. Indoor Measurements Rooms 25, 26, and 27 were measured for a total of 3158.56 sq. ft., which will accommodate the facility's request for 126 children. Outdoor Measurements LPA measured the original play area for a total of 13435.5 sq. ft. The additional play area was measured for a total of 5871.65 sq. ft. The total outdoor measurement is 19260.02 sq. ft., which will accommodate the facility's request for 126 children. Toilets and Sinks LPA observed a total of 8 sinks and 8 toilets, which will not accommodate the facility's request for 126 children. Continued on Page Two Page Two Requested classrooms (25, 26, 27) are currently used for transitional kindergarten students. The surface of each classroom was observed to be free of debris and other loose materials. There are fully charged fire extinguishers present in each classroom. There are cubbies available for children to use as storage. The outdoor play areas were observed to contain age-appropriate toys and equipment. Play areas are enclosed by fences. There is sufficient shade available for children in care from neighboring trees. There are no swimming pools or other similar bodies of water present. An updated application (LIC200A) requesting a capacity of 120 children was obtained during the visit. This increase of capacity shall be approved upon receipt of the following: 1) Photos of prepared classrooms (Rooms 25, 26, and 27) 2) Updated fire clearance No deficiencies were cited during today's visit on June 4, 2026. A notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director, Jeannine Solis.
