Correction check·January 30, 2026

On 1/30/2026 at 12:00PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Teacher, Hui Kuang. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 11/23/2025. The assistant director, Brooke Mace arrived during visit. Present was the Assistant Director, and 14 staff caring for 78 children. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. During inspection, LPA conducted record review, observation, and interview. LPA observe microwave oven located in classroom #5 has been placed on high shelf and is out-of-reach. Per assistant director, additional measure are being discussed to permanently anchor microwave oven on shelf. At 12:15PM., LPA inspected the outdoor play area. In outdoor play area, accessible holes have been covered with plastic caps. Per assistant director, holes will remain covered at all times. During visit, the deficiencies issues during annual/random inspection were cleared, and 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided. An exit interview, and facility evaluation report was discussed with Assistant Director, Brooke Mace. Licensee\342\200\231s signature of this form acknowledges the receipt of these documents. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
