On April 29, 2025 at approximately 12:15PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katie Krenn arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced annual visit. LPA met with the director Jam Eyvoazov and explained the purpose of today's visit. Present at the facility in addition to the director were four teachers and 21 preschool children. The facility is operating within staffing and ratio requirements on this day. Days and hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:30PM. Facility has three classrooms, two bathrooms, a lunch room, and an outdoor play area. LPA toured and inspected the physical plant for any health and safety hazards. The facility utilizes a Bright-wheel app for sign-in /out for parents or authorized representatives; sign-in/out codes are provided to the parents\342\200\224the number of children present matched the total number of parents signed in. The facility is in good repair and has proper temperature and ventilation. Classrooms have age-appropriate toys and learning materials. The facility has multiple monoxide detectors (one in each room), a centralized smoke alarm, and working telephones. LPA observed that each child has their cubbies available with their name labeled. LPA reviewed eight children's files and five staff files. No citations were issued during today's visit. This visit will be continued at a later date. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
