What the inspector wrote

On 4/29/2025, at approximately 2:00PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alvarado conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit at the facility. LPA met with Licensee, Annabelle Aquino (L1), Purpose of the inspection was explained. Present in the facility was (L1) and no children present. All adults present in the home have fingerprint clearance and are associated to the facility. During the Annual inspection visit on 3/25/2025, the Licensee received citation regarding infant safe sleep. Licensee was able to provide proof of the documented infant sleep chart documenting 15-minute checks, No children were present during todays visit, and cribs were observed to be free of loose articles and objects. Facility also during the Annual Inspection received three Technical Violations LIC 9102 regarding Care and Supervision, Facility Administration and Records. LPA observed the facility to be free of sleep sacks, LPA observed the renewed completed Mandated Reporter Training that was issued on 4/21/2025 Expiring 4/2027 and Safe Sleep was discussed with the licensee. Deficiencies cited on 3/25/2024, were cleared today. The Letter of Deficiency Citation Cleared were provided to the Licensee. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit on 4/29/2025. A notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Annabelle Aquino.
