Correction check·July 29, 2025

On 7/29/2025 at 3:35PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Licensee, Anthony Esguerra and Anne Day Suspine. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 5/6/2025. Present was the licensee and co licensee caring for 13 children( 4 infant-age, 8 preschool-age, 1 school age) LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. During inspection, LPA conducted record review, observation, and interview. LPA and licensee discussed requirement to maintain two individuals in the home while operating at a large capacity at all times. Per licensee, 3 rd individual (S3) has been fingerprinted, to ensure the proper ratio maintained in facility, in case co-licensee need to leave. Copy of facility plan was provided during inspection and will be store in the facility file at the San Bruno Regional Office. During visit, deficiencies issues during annual inspection was cleared, and 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided to licensee. An exit interview, and facility evaluation report was discussed with Licensee, Anne Day Suspine. Licensee\342\200\231s signature of this form acknowledges the receipt of these documents. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
