Correction check·August 15, 2022

On August 15th at 2:10PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano met with Director, Bernadette Pioroda. Purpose of the inspection was explained and was for an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. Present was the director and four staff caring for 19 preschool age children. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. At 2:20PM, Based on record review, LPA confirmed that S1 has now received fingerprint clearance and is associated to the facility. S1 received clearance on 8/10/22 and has since return to the facility. All adults present have fingerprint clearances and are associated to the facility. Deficiencies issued on 8/01/2022, have been cleared and ‘Cleared Plan of Correction Letter’ was provided. Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were observed in the areas evaluated according the Title 22 Division 12 Ca. Code of Regulations. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Bernadette Pioroda. This report must be available in the facility for public review.
