What the inspector wrote

On June 4, 2026, at approximately 11:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility. LPA met with Assistant Director, Atiana Ruiz, and explained the purpose of the visit. There were no children present during the visit. Executive Director Nicholas Puccinelli (S1) arrived during the visit. This facility is located on the premises of Mariposa Upper Elementary School, and is currently licensed to use Rooms T, S, and O. Facility submitted an application to increase capacity to 130 school-age children, and add Room N to existing licensed rooms. Fire clearance was granted on May 7, 2026. Room N is currently used as storage for facility materials and equipment. LPA inspected Room N and observed the surface of the room to be clean and free of debris. Per discussion with S1, Room N is currently used for storage until the school year ends. Room N will then be set up during the facility's summer session. LPA requested that notification be provided once Room N is ready for use. S1 stated that he understood. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit on June 4, 2026. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Executive Director, Nicholas Puccinelli.
