What the inspector wrote

On 5/28/2025 at 8:50AM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Licensee, Satoe Kaneko. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 5/12/2025. Present was the licensee and assistant caring for 5 children. (4 preschool-age, 1 infant-age) LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. During inspection, LPA conducted record review, observation, and interview. LPA observed the following: Accessible rocks and brick have been removed from backyard area. Licensee has barricaded aloe vera plants (2). Proof of completed mandated reporter training course (AB1207), expiring on 5/2027. The deficiencies issues during annual inspection have been cleared. The 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided to licensee. Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited in areas evaluated according to California Title 22, Div. 12 Chap. 3, Ca code of regulations. Exit interview was completed with Licensee, Satoe Kaneko. Licensee\342\200\231s signature of this form acknowledges the receipt of these documents. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
