Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Cindy Interiano met with Owner, Zhen Zhen Li, and Site Director, Bernadette Clarisse Pioroda for an announced case management inspection. Purpose of the inspection was explained and was to measure designated infant nap area. Present in the facility was a staff supervising 2 infants. Facility was issued a provisional license effective 08/11/21 for a capacity of 16 infants (ages 12-24 months) in classroom #3, along with an outdoor play area waiver. Infant classroom originally measured 561.4 square feet. Facility designated an infant nap area which measures 77.76 square feet. Indoor capacity now measures 483.64 square feet, allowing for a total of 14 infants. A regular Child Care Center License is approved for capacity of 14 Infants (ages 12-24 months) in Classroom #3, and will be effective as of today, 11/08/2021. Outdoor play waiver will be updated indicating capacity of 14 infants and scheduled use for maximum of 5 infants in the outdoor play area. >Report will be emailed to Owner at zhenzhen@lacademy.co by end of business day, 11/09/2021.
