On June 19, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katie Krenn continued a complaint inspection in response to the above complaint allegation. LPA met Director of Licensing, Gamila Elassal and explained the purpose of today's visit. Present during the visit was Director of Licensing, 19 staff, and 103 preschool age children. Teacher to child ratio was met the facility was operating within it's capacity on this day. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, observations, and reviewed pertinent documentation provided by parties involved. Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted with the Director of Licensing, Gamila Elassal. A printed copy of the report and notice of site visit were provided at the conclusion of the inspection. Notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted for 30 days for public review.
