Page 2 Continued... During the course of the investigation, LPAs have determined that the facility is enrolling children under 24 months operating beyond the limitations of capacity. LPAs determined that there is currently one child present who is under 24 months during today\342\200\231s inspection. Based on interview conducted with Director, she has confirmed that there have been children enrolled under 24 months \342\200\234from time to time\342\200\235. Based on interview and record review which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, are being cited. Please refer to 9099D for more information. LPAs informed the Director to provide a copy of this licensing report dated October 24, 2024, that documents any Type A citation to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. Appeals Rights were also provided. Upon receipt of this report, Facility shall post the Notice of Site Visit. The report and the Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain postings as required, will result in an immediate $100 civil penalty. This report is public and can be reviewed.
