On 11/6/2025, at approximately 2:20PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced annual visit at the facility. LPA met with Director, Xiaotian "Tara" Yu, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during the visit was the Director, 2 teachers, and 7 infants. LPA and Director inspected the facility for any health or safety hazards. There are fully charged fire extinguishers that are at least size 2A10BC present. LPA observed emergency exits to be clearly marked and visible. There are carbon monoxide and smoke detectors present. Off-limits areas are kept inaccessible with childproof locks or latches. LPA verified that all staff members present have acquired fingerprint clearance. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. Appeal rights were provided and explained. Exit interview conducted, and report was reviewed with Director, Xiaotian Yu. An annual continuation visit shall be conducted at a later date.
