What the inspector wrote

On May 1, 2026, at approximately 12:30PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility. LPA met with facility representative, Qiuyuhan "Sky" Wang, and explained the purpose of the visit. During the visit, LPA discussed the outdoor waiver that the facility has on file. This facility is licensed for a total capacity of 55 children, of which there can be up to 39 preschool age children and up to 16 toddlers. LPA discussed the outdoor rotation waiver for the facility. There can only be up to 7 toddlers present at a time in the toddler play area. There can only be up to 26 preschool children present in the preschool play area. Toddler regulations were discussed. Per PIN 24-02-CCP , the maximum group size of toddlers, with one teacher and/or one aide, shall be 12 toddlers. A copy of the PIN was provided during the visit. Separation of toddlers during indoor and outdoor activities was discussed. Class schedules were made available for review during the visit. The facility has separate outdoor times for Pre-K, Preschool, and Toddler classrooms. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit on May 1, 2026. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit itnerview conducted, and report was reviewed with facility representative, Qiuyuhan "Sky" Wang.
