What the inspector wrote

On 10/30/2025 at 2:30PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez met with Director, Nicole Francis. This is an unannounced follow-up case management inspection. Purpose of visit was review physical plant correction established on 8/5/2025. Facility has requested an increase of capacity by 13 children (3 months to 24 months old), adding classroom #9, to the existing infant program. This site is a combination center with a preschool and after-school program on site. The facility was inspected today, indoor and outdoor, for health and safety hazards. LPA observed the following: Infant cribs (2) have been installed in classroom #9. Classroom has several feeding infant chairs available with wide base legs and removable table. The accessible toilets in bathroom (2) have been barricaded. Per director additional paneling will be installed, to make designated napping area separate from the activity space. Per director, diaper changing table will be installed within arm's reach of sink. On 8/13/2025, Fire Clearance Approval was received by the Department. On 10/9/2025, The Department received updated forms/ letter including: Outdoor space waiver request for rotational use, and LIC309, Administrative Organization. Prior to recommendation for increase of capacity/ room addition (classroom #9), facility must complete the following: -Finish installing dividing wall in classroom #9, separating the infant napping area -Finish installing the diaper changing table in classroom #9 >No deficiencies were cited against the facility under CCR, Title 22, Div 12, Ch. 1. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice of site visit was observed being posted.
