What the inspector wrote

On January 30, 2024 at approximately 9:00Am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maria Olguin-Leon arrived at the facility and met with Applicant, Alexandra Atlanova for a follow-up Pre-Licensing visit. Applicant\342\200\231s initial pre-licensing visit was conducted on December 29, 2023 and an informal office visit was conducted on January 16, 2024. Purpose of today\342\200\231s visit is to verify applicant is living in home. Present in the home today was applicant, helper, and 3 preschool age children. Applicant has applied for a Large Family Child Care License. Fire inspection clearance was received on December 15, 2023 Applicant rents this two-story house, which is a four-bedroom three-bathroom home with backyard and garage. Applicant lives in the home with her two minor children. THE DAYCARE AREAS : are entire 1 st floor, which consist of the living room(playroom), daycare room, dining room, kitchen (walk through to dining room only), bathroom #1, outdoor deck and backyard. THE OFF-LIMIT AREAS the entire second floor which consist of all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and garage. Staircase is properly barricaded with a childproof gate. Applicant was notified any off-limit areas are not to be used as a day care area without prior approval from department. Applicant and minor childr occupy one-bedroom, other minor occupies two bedroom, 4 th bedroom is currently used for storage of boxes unpacked items and unused furniture. LPA confirmed applicant is living in home. LPA observed the following: *Bedrooms are furnished with beds, dressers, and bedding. *Closets and dresser have clothing and personal items. *Bathrooms have personal items (toothpaste, shampoos, hair accessories), cleaning supplies and towels. *Kitchen cabinets have personal food items, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, and other personal items. *Garage has washer/dryer. LPA will approve Large Family Child Care License as of today January 30, 2024. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the applicant, Alexandra Atlavnova.
