Correction check·December 23, 2025

On 12/23/2025 at 2:35PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Licensee, Gabriela Barbin. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 10/27/2025. Present was the licensee and no children. Per license, she is closed today for holiday/ winter break. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. During inspection, LPA conducted observation, and interview. LPA observed licensee has installed tight fitted sheet on the infant play pens in bedroom. Licensee stated she washes and changes the sheets at least two times per week. Per licensee, each child has their own bed and does not share. The deficiencies issues during annual inspection on 10/27/2025, have been cleared. The 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided. Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited in areas evaluated according to California Title 22, Div. 12 Chap. 3, Health and Safety, Code of Regulations. Exit interview was completed with Licensee, Gabriela Barbin. The licensee\342\200\231s signature of this form acknowledges the receipt of these documents. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
