On 9/26/2025 at 11:30 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Wadhwa and Ly conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPAs met with Director, Marisol Ruiz and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today’s visit today were 6 staff and 18 children in care. The visit is regarding a self-reported incident reported to licensing for the possible children’s rights violation that occurred on 9/15/2025. During todays visit LPAs interviewed the director, inspected the classroom where the incident occurred, and obtained documents regarding their internal investigation. Facility took immediate steps to investigate the incident, interview all possible witnesses and took immediate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. No deficiencies were issued today under Title 22 Division 12 of the California Code of Regulations. A copy of this report and appeal rights were discussed and left with the Director whose signature on these forms confirm receipt of this report. Notice of Site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
