What the inspector wrote

On 1/30/2026 at 1:50PM., Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Luis Gomez met with Director, Julie Fernandez. The purpose of today's inspection was explained and was case management. Present was the director, and 5 staff supervising 26 children. LPA inspected facility, indoors and outdoors, with director for health and safety hazards. During the inspection, LPA performed observation, record review, and interview with the site director. During interview with director, it was reported facility provides daily food services for families including two snacks (AM/ PM). Per director, guardians bring children's lunches to the center. LPA observed visible menu (January, 2026) and includes separation by day and portion sizes. Per director, the snack menu is released at beginning (first business day) of each new month. LPA reminded director to ensure posted menus for food service are at least, one week in advance for families to make arrangements. During visit, LPA observed food items (perishable and shelf stable) correctly stored in facility and with current dates. The kitchen/ food storage area was observed clean and free of litter or rubbish. ***No Deficiencies cited against Ca code of Regulations (Title 22, Div 12, Chap, 1)*** This report must be made available in the facility for public review. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
