What the inspector wrote

On 8/20/2025 at 2:00PM., Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Luis Gomez met with licensee, Caroline Daher. Purpose of case management report is to cite for deficiencies observed during inspection. Present was the licensee, licensee husband, and assistant, caring for 7 children (3 infant-age, 4 preschool-age). LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards. At 2:30PM., Based on record review, interview, and observation, LPA confirmed licensee is operating over capacity with 3 infants, 7 total children in care. ***See attached page for deficiency cited against the facility under CCR, Title 22, Div. 12, Ch. 3.*** Type \342\200\234A\342\200\235 violations were issued today. Licensee was advised to provide a copy of the Evaluation Report and all Type \342\200\234A\342\200\235 Deficiencies cited, to parents and guardians of children currently enrolled in care and to parents of newly enrolled children during the next 12 months. A signed and dated LIC 9224 (Deficiency and Acknowledgment of Receipt of Licensing Reports) shall be maintained in all children's files. This report and rights to comment were discussed. This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
