What the inspector wrote

On 07/09/2025 at 12:30 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bill Billones conducted an unannounced case management - deficiencies inspection. LPA met with Director, Katie Eckert and discussed the purpose of the inspection. LPA noted 32 children in care and 6 staff providing care and supervision. LPA along with the Director toured the interior and exterior of the facility. LPA reviewed the Children's Roster, which was not kept up to date and not in compliance with Health and Safety Code \302\247 1596.841 . LPA also reviewed the staff files, which were found to be incomplete. LPA notes two staff did not have Mandated Reporter training certificates on file for review, which is not in compliance with Health and Safety Code \302\2471596.8662. During today's visit two Type B deficiencies are being cited under Health and Safety Code on the attached 809D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted, appeals rights were given and report was reviewed with Director, Katie Eckert.
