On September 4, 2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Giovani Gonzalez and Elizabeth George conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC) to complete a confirmation of removal of Staff 1 (S1). LPAs met with Director Jennifer Tucker and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection no children were present. LPAs discussed the confirmation of removal with Director. Director stated S1 has not been present at the facility since spring of 2023. This is in compliance with the criminal record clearance requirements. Director provided LPAs a signed copy of LIC 300B Confirmation of Removal. LPAs did not observe S1 to be present at the facility. Verification of removal is complete. Exit interview was conducted with Director Jennifer Tucker and notice of site visit was given.
