LPAs’ interviews with parents revealed they are satisfied with the care and supervision being provided at the center. LPAs’ interviews with staff indicated teacher-child ratios are maintained in accordance with Title 22 regulations. LPA observed required staff ratios were met during each inspection conducted as part of the investigation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Due to time constraints, the Director Regina Davis was not able to stay for the reading of this report. Exit interview conducted, and report was reviewed with the Principal of Ellwood School Ned Schoenwetter.
