What the inspector wrote

standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22, Division 12 Chapter 1), are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. During today’s inspection 1 Type B deficiency is being cited. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Serineh Vartani. Notice of site visit and appeal rights were given.
