What the inspector wrote

On February 6, 2026 at 12:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bill Billones conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection of the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC) to follow up on an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) received by the Department on 10/10/2025. LPA met with Site Supervisor Christie Broesamle and explained the nature of the inspection. LPA noted 15 children present under the care and supervision of 5 staff. LPA and the Site Supervisor toured the center both inside and outside. LPA obtained a medical report for the child (C1) involved in the incident. The Site Supervisor reported the incident in accordance with Title 22 regulations for reporting requirements. LPA interviewed the staff regarding the incident and based on the information gathered during the inspection, LPA determined that the center’s staff took appropriate action to meet the needs of C1. During today’s inspection, no deficiencies are being cited as a result of the incident. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor Christie Broesamle.
