Based on LPAs observation, interview with licensee, co-licensee and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 102370(d)(1). LPA interviewed Julie Ayala, licensee and Oscar Ayala, co-licensee for the Annual Inspection. During the interviews it was revealed and confirmed that Maily Paola Ayala, licensee's adult daughter is a resident of the home. Licensee's daughter, Maily Paola Ayala does not have a criminal record clearance to reside in the home.which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on LPAs observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the children's bathrooms and kitchen Lysol disinfecting spray, disinfecting wipes, and toothpaste, anti-itching cream, melatonin, Perfume, and lotion accessible to children in care. Which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
