This inspection is to follow up on an annual random inspection conducted at the FCCH on April 10, 2026. LPA met with Margie Vega, Licensee of the FCCH, and explained the nature and purpose of the inspection. The LPA, in the company of Licensee, toured the FCCH. At the time of the inspection, LPA observed 1 day care child present. LPA notes during the 4/10/2026 visit, LPA issued a Type B deficiency (see LIC 809-D page from said visit). On 4/10/2026, LPA observed the Licensee had a new room addition attached to the home and is being used as an activity room. LPA reminded the licensee that any changes to the home must be reported and to the regional office for the safety and security of the children. The Licensee acknowledged they understood. The licensee was requested to submit a plan of correction (POC) to LPA Mendez. The licensee stated she was working on it and had not found the time to complete it. LPA informed the licensee that a call and text message was sent on 4/13/2026. However, no response was received. Licensee stated she did not receive the messages. LPA confirmed number he dialed incorrectly and corrected the number on his phone. The Licensee completed the POC during today’s visit. During today's visit, no deficiencies were issued. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were also given and signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights.
