What the inspector wrote

On 6/9/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gigi Reyes conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection to issue Evaluation Report - LIC 809 from 6/8/2021 Annual Required Inspection. LPA met with Licensee and discussed the purpose of the inspection. Due to computer malfunction, report was not printed and issued on 6/8/2021. LPA observed 14 day care children present. No deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Notice of Site Visit has been posted (LIC9213). The notice shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
