Investigations revealed that staff members take out the trash once the bins are full. Furthermore the center has a third party cleaning service which comes into the facility on a nightly basis to clean the surfaces. Parents who were interviewed did not complain about the facility’s cleanliness and deny observing overfilled trash bins. All parents interviewed are satisfied with the level of care and supervision their children receive. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies were issued during this inspection. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with lead teacher Maggie McCort.
