Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

LPA contacted ten parents/families of which nine parents were interviewed. Interviews revealed most parents are satisfied with the care and supervision their children receive. In regards to discipline parents revealed children are talked to and have a time out. In addition, parent interviews did not corroborate that children sustain unexplained injuries. Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the above allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee. Licensee was provided a copy of their Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) and Notice of Site Visit form (LIC9213). Notice of Site visit must remain posted for 30 days.
