On 9/17/2025 at 12:05PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth George, conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection to address deficiencies cited during an Annual inspection on 6/11/2025. LPA met with licensee Felicia Mejia. LPA explained the nature and reason of the inspection. LPA in the company of the licensee toured the facility inside and out. LPA observed 12 children in care of licensee and assistant at the time of the inspection. LPA advised the licensee, LPA had yet to receive the plan of correction (POC) for the deficiencies cited on 6/11/2025. Licensee stated she had emailed them right after the inspection on 6/27/25. LPA verified on licensee email that email has been sent there was mistake in LPAs email address. Licensee provided proof of the Fire Extinguisher to be serviced on 6/11/25, Fire Drills to be conducted monthly with the last fire drill conducted on 9/13/25, and Licensee's mandated reporter training certification completed on 6/27/25.. There were no deficiencies cites at this time. The inspection visit was conducted, and report was read to the licensee, Felicia Mejia.
