Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Investigations revealed that center stafff were instructed to not interfere with children therapy session. LPA reviewed surveillance footage that indicates teachers actively supervising children not in therapy session. It was revealed that infant service providers were not prevented to provide services in the facility and that therapists made the decision to end service with the above mentioned facility. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were issued during the inspection. Notice of site visit was provided. Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed with Site Supervisor Julie Santoyo and Program Director Michelle Holm.
